Refund policy

No Refund Policy for Experiences

All purchases for classes, workshops, art sessions, events, gift certificates, and any other experiential services offered by Makers Art Studio Pleasanton are non-refundable.
Our offerings are considered experiences, not physical goods, and therefore all sales are final.

Once a booking or purchase is made, we do not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, change of mind, missed sessions, or dissatisfaction with the creative outcome of your artwork.

Rescheduling Policy

Although bookings are non-refundable, we understand that scheduling conflicts may occur.
• Guests may reschedule once, at no additional charge, if the request is submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled experience.
• Requests made after the 48-hour window may not be accommodated and will be considered a forfeiture of the session.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• Guests arriving 15 minutes or more late may forfeit their spot to maintain the flow of the session.
No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.

Damage, Safety & Studio Policies

We reserve the right to refuse service to any participant who does not follow studio rules or safety instructions. Removal from a session for safety reasons is not eligible for refund or credit.

Custom Products & Personalized Items

Any custom-made or personalized items (such as resin pieces, add-ons, or finished artwork requiring curing or additional processing) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Event Tickets, Private Parties & Group Bookings

Deposits and payments for private parties or group events are non-refundable.
Date changes may be allowed with minimum 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.

Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are final, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash (except as required by California Civil Code §1749.5). Under California law, gift cards with a remaining balance of less than $10 may be redeemed for cash upon request.

Artwork Pickup

Completed artwork or resin pieces left at the studio beyond 30 days may be discarded due to storage limitations. No refunds or credits will be issued for unclaimed items.

California Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under California law for defective goods or services.
If an issue arises due to our error (such as session cancellation by the studio), we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with California regulations.
