How many people can you host?
Our team packages are built for groups of about 10–30, and smaller groups are welcome too. Larger headcounts are no problem — we'll build a custom plan or run it off-site at your office.
How much does team building cost per person?
Per-person pricing starts at $30 (Patch Party) and from $35 for candle making, $65 for fluid art or resin tumblers, up to $85–$105 for resin beach scenes and charcuterie boards. All materials, facilitation and each person's finished piece are included.
Do you do off-site events at our office?
Yes — off-site events are a specialty. We bring the whole studio to your workplace or venue across the East Bay (Pleasanton, Dublin, Livermore, San Ramon, San Leandro, Hayward, Castro Valley and Fremont), or host you in our Stoneridge Mall studio. Contact the studio to plan your off-site event.
Can we do candle making for team building?
Absolutely — candle making at our Candle & Scent Bar is a favorite team activity. Groups blend custom fragrances and make a soy candle (ages 12+) or a no-hot-wax sand candle to take home. It's polished, social, and works well for mixed-age or all-levels teams.
Is it BYOB? Can you cater food and wine?
Team events are BYOB-friendly — bring your own wine, beer or bubbly — and we can arrange food and wine catering on request. Just tell us your plan when you book.
What's the best team activity for a mixed group?
Fluid art is the reliable crowd-pleaser — zero skill barrier, everyone succeeds. Patch Party is best for very large or fast sessions; tumblers and boards give a practical take-home.
Do you invoice companies or take POs?
Yes — we regularly work with company planners. Email pleasanton@makersartstudio.com or call (925) 558-6357 to arrange invoicing and a custom quote.
What's your cancellation policy?
All sales are final, but we're happy to issue a credit for a future event of equal value with at least 48 hours' notice. No-shows aren't eligible for credit.
